Filmed on location at Fistral Retreat, the advert invites viewers into the lifestyle that makes our community truly unique. It features a visual tour through three of our most sought-after home models: the Anniversary, the Ikon and the Image. Each is showcased with meticulous attention to detail, highlighting the considered layouts, bespoke finishes and high-quality interiors that define life at Fistral Retreat.
You will notice the abundance of natural light, the beautifully dressed interiors and the seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living spaces. These are homes designed not just to live in but to love.
Alongside the interiors, the advert includes breathtaking aerial footage of Crantock Estuary and Fistral Beach. These iconic locations are just minutes from your doorstep at Fistral Retreat. Whether you are a beach lover, a keen walker or someone who simply enjoys fresh sea air and stunning views, this part of Cornwall is second to none.
The coastal lifestyle is more than a backdrop. It is a way of life that nurtures wellbeing, invites exploration and inspires every day.
This campaign also introduces something no other residential park offers. Our new interactive tool allows you to personalise your home before you move in. From kitchen style and appliances to garden features and bedroom layouts, every detail is yours to decide.
The Design Your Dream Home tool is available now on our website and empowers you to create a space that reflects your lifestyle and your priorities. It is easy to use and ensures that the home you step into is exactly the home you imagined.
Fistral Retreat is a 100 percent residential park designed exclusively for those over 45. Set in a secure gated environment, the community offers peace of mind, privacy and a strong sense of belonging. With pet friendly plots, landscaped surroundings and nearby public transport links, it is a rare opportunity to enjoy both independence and connection in a location like no other.
This new advert offers a glimpse into the lifestyle waiting for you at Fistral Retreat but there is no substitute for seeing it in person.
