There’s something uniquely special about homes that exude elegance without shouting for attention. The Omar Anniversary is one such home—and now, you can experience it from the comfort of your sofa with our new virtual video tour, available on YouTube.
The Anniversary is a model that holds deep appeal for those seeking a peaceful, high-quality lifestyle in later life. From its airy, light-filled spaces to its beautifully appointed interiors, every detail has been considered to ensure both comfort and refinement. Whether you’re downsizing or simply choosing to live more deliberately, the Anniversary offers a beautiful place to begin your next chapter.
The tour opens in the sunroom/dining area, a standout space that sets the tone for the whole home. Floor-to-ceiling feature glazing and French doors allow natural light to stream in, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere—perfect for everything from a morning paper to evening meals with friends.
Soft, neutral-toned interiors flow throughout the home, complemented by luxurious fabrics and tastefully selected furnishings. It’s a calming palette, designed to let the Cornish light do what it does best: create serenity in every corner.
The well-appointed kitchen offers a mix of contemporary style and functionality. Integrated appliances and clever layout choices mean you’ll have everything you need, whether you’re preparing a quiet meal for two or laying on a full Cornish spread for family visiting from up-country.
The home features two spacious double bedrooms, with the master suite boasting a walk-in wardrobe and a unique dressing space that adds a boutique feel. It’s these little luxuries that elevate everyday living, making your home not just functional, but a joy to spend time in.
Thanks to the French doors in the dining area, indoor and outdoor living merge effortlessly. Step directly onto a (optional) private deck, where mornings begin quietly with coffee and coastal air, and evenings end with a glass of something cold in tranquil surroundings.
Built to BS3632 residential standards and utilising solar power and heat pump technology, the Anniversary is a shining example of how sustainability and style can live side by side.
This virtual tour offers more than a glimpse inside a beautiful home — it provides a window into a lifestyle defined by ease, comfort, and timeless charm. The Omar Anniversary is a truly special home for those ready to embrace the next phase with style.
