Ever wondered what it’s like to step into a beautifully designed park home before you visit? Now you can, with our brand-new virtual tour of the Omar Ikon, now live online. This immersive walkthrough takes you inside one of the most contemporary homes at Fistral Retreat – a bold blend of design innovation and coastal calm.
Set in the heart of Newquay, the Ikon is for those who crave a stylish, low-maintenance lifestyle with all the comfort and features of a traditional home, but with a distinctly modern twist.
From the moment the video opens, you’ll be greeted by vaulted ceilings, long, slender windows, and a flood of natural light pouring into the open-plan lounge. A central dormer frames the front door, lending architectural character and curb appeal, while French doors at the rear invite you to imagine mornings with the doors open and a coffee in hand.
Step further inside, and you’ll see what makes the Ikon special. The kitchen is sleek, functional, and fitted with high-end integrated appliances, including a breakfast bar perfect for light bites or evening drinks. Contemporary finishes and clever layouts ensure form never comes at the cost of function.
The home features two bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes and wall-mounted headboards that add a boutique feel. There’s a stylish main bathroom as well as a private en-suite, all finished in crisp white sanitaryware and modern fittings.
The Omar Ikon isn’t just easy on the eyes. It’s a future-ready home designed with modern living in mind. Expect details like USB charging points, solar panels, and energy-efficient features throughout. These aren’t just homes, they’re sustainable sanctuaries designed for life by the sea.
Whether you’re looking to downsize, relocate for a change of pace, or simply dream of waking up near the coast, the Ikon offers the perfect balance of eco-conscious design, contemporary style, and day-to-day practicality.
Our video walkthrough is more than just a glimpse, it’s the next best thing to stepping through the front door yourself. It’s a chance to visualise your life in Cornwall, from lounging in the airy living room to soaking in the serenity of your own private space.
